You can cancel any time from your own profile. Log in, open Edit Profile, and scroll down to the Supporter Subscription section (the Danger Zone card).

If you currently have an active monthly contribution, you'll see a red "Cancel my monthly contribution" button there. Click it and confirm — your subscription is cancelled immediately and you won't be charged again.

If you don't see the button, you may not have an active recurring contribution. Questions? Email [email protected].

Log in, open Edit Profile, and scroll to the Danger Zone card at the bottom. Click "Permanently Delete Account" and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and cannot be undone. If you have an active monthly contribution, deleting your account also automatically cancels your Stripe billing, so you won't be charged again.

If you only want specific content removed rather than your whole account, email [email protected].

Refunds are handled personally rather than through an automated button. Email [email protected] with your account details and what you'd like refunded, and we'll sort it out.

Contributions to the100 are voluntary and help keep the site running, but we're happy to help if something went wrong.

Open the gaming session (LFG post) you want to join and click the blue "Join Game" button, then choose "Join Game!" from the dropdown.

If the game is already full you can still "Join Waitlist" or "Join as Reserve," and you'll be moved up automatically if a spot opens. Once you've joined, the button changes to "Joined" — use its dropdown to "Leave Game" if your plans change.

From a game's page (or your dashboard) choose to create a new gaming session. Pick the game, set the date and start time, and add any details like platform, group, or notes about what you want to play.

Publish it and your session appears in the LFG list so other players can join. You can edit the time or details later, and everyone who's joined gets notified of changes.

The easiest way is to sign in with Discord: on the login/signup screen choose the Discord option and authorize the100 — this links your Discord identity to your account automatically.

You can also connect it from Edit Profile using the "Link Account To Discord" option, or through the100 Discord bot in a server that has it set up. Linking lets the bot recognize you and post your games.

To join: open the group's page and click "Join Group" (some groups are approval-gated, so you'll see "Request To Join" instead — an admin then approves you).

To leave: go to the group's page and click the "leave group" link. That's it — you can join or leave groups at any time.

All notifications are controlled on your Edit Profile page. To stop all gaming emails, check "Don't Email ANY Gaming Notifications" and save.

If you'd rather keep some, open "more notification options" to toggle individual emails — like new group games, a friend's game, someone joining or leaving, game-time changes, mentions, karma, and private messages. There's an equivalent switch ("Don't Send ANY Mobile App Push Notifications") for push notifications too.

Yes — the100.io has both iOS and Android apps. You can grab them from the Apple App Store and Google Play (search "the100.io"), and there are direct links on our Help page.

The apps cover the core LFG and group features. Most active development happens on the website, so if you hit something the app can't do, the site at the100.io will have the latest features.
